21 Day Return Policy
Requirements for Returning or Exchanging Terminal
Your terminal must be returned in new physical and working condition with all original components in the original packaging. Terminals with cosmetic blemishes or internal or external damage are not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for any and all shipping and packaging costs associated any terminal returns.
Restocking Fees (except where prohibited)
Terminal restocking fee: 15% (excludes Hawaii).
Manufacturer’s Warranty
Terminals are provided by Valor PayTech. Valor PayTech offers a limited manufacturer’s warranty, as described below:
- Valor PayTech’s products are covered by a 24-Month manufacturer warranty that starts on the date of purchase (“Warranty Term”) (hereinafter “Valor PayTech Warranty”)
- The Valor PayTech Warranty excludes batteries
- If products under warranty are found to have a manufacturer defect, then Valor PayTech will replace or repair the product at no cost to the customer.
- Defective equipment must be reported within four (4) weeks of receiving shipment in order to receive credit for a replacement

Manufacturer Warranty is Voided Under the Following Conditions:
- If original serial number label is removed, modified or damaged
- If repair work is done anyone person or business that is not authorized by Valor Paytech
- Damage was caused due to operating unit outside of the recommended environmental conditions
- Deliberate tampering, rough handling, power surges and any other conditions determined to be outside normal product use
- Warranty Term is expired
We make no warranties express, implied, or statutory in connection with the terminals, and all warranties as to quality, condition, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement with respect to the warranties are expressly disclaimed.
